GRID provides an easy, hassle-free servicing system where we pick up your product from your home if there is any problem and get it back to you. Do keep in mind that it can take up to three weeks to get used to your new work posture, and we'd love to help adjust your furniture for a better fit!
Replacement and Refund is possible if notified within 24 hours of delivery and in it's original packaging. Any purchase, including corporate office orders, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, if you want to change the size of a purchased table or chair after it is delivered, you will need to pay the additional cost of the product plus a shipment cost of BDT 500 & restocking fee of 25% as well.
If you’ve received damaged products, please notify GRID instantly of receiving the product, in which case we will cover the return shipping fee for damaged items only. Damaged items during transit can be returned for a full refund, or replaced under the GRID Warranty Policy.
Products that suffer from defects during their useable lifetime, as outlined in the GRID Warranty Policy, qualify for repair or replacement. Please review the GRID Warranty Policy below for further details.
Any custom-made products (size or color) or products clearly marked as final sale on our website are not eligible for returns. All white glove delivery and installation fees are also non-refundable.
All refunds are transferred to the customer in the original form of payment, typically within 5-10 business days of our receipt of the returned furniture.

WARRANTY & SERVICING POLICY
GRID believes in making great office furniture products, which stand the test of time. As such, GRID furniture purchases include One (1) year warranty policies, except in certain instances, as indicated in our full policy. All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.
The Warranty: Our furniture is designed and manufactured to the highest standards, but things happen. We’ll happily repair or replace furniture which malfunctions or develops defects by 5-10 working days.
- All Revolving Chair: 1 year parts and components warranty
- All Desks: 1 year warranty
- Yavi Chair: 6 months warranty
- Fabric Color (all furniture): 1 year warranty
- GRID Panels: 1 year warranty
- Accessories and Peripherals: 1 year warranty
Warranty is void if –
- Damage caused by any non-standard office activities, accident, over-use & rough-use;
- Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes;
- Surface colour changes or discolorations caused by light/sunlight exposure or aging;
- Failure resulting from normal wear and tear;
- Textile pilling;
- Natural wood grain variations;
- Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects;
- Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity;
- Items manufactured or branded by third parties, including computer monitors and keyboards;
- Items that have been exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure).
- The product is misused or abused in any form by the user.
- The purchase invoice is lost or expired.
- The product is roughly used and placed in unusual environment.
- Discoloration caused by – Exposure to sunlight/UV rays, stains, inks or dyes, and aging.
- Natural wood grain variations.
- Failure resulting from regular wear and tear or from external equipment like monitor, other furniture and objects.
- Damage caused by improper installation, except where installation was completed by GRID or a GRID authorized installation partner.
- Damage that caused by loading the furniture beyond its weight capacity - weight capacity of each chair mentioned below:

- For deliveries inside Dhaka or outside Dhaka, check your product while our delivery executive is at your home. Refunding and service warranty will be considered void/unacceptable if demanded later.
- For deliveries outside Dhaka, report the courier instantly if you received a damaged/wrong product. Don’t hesitate to let us know if your product gets any major damage during transit.
- Please be informed that inside or outside Dhaka, there is a transportation cost of BDT 500 for picking up the product and dropping it after the service has been done or you can drop the product at our office and once the servicing is done we will deliver it to you or you can collect it from here without any cost.
